This display cabinet combines modern design and professional functionality, providing a reliable solution for serving food without the need for additional heating or cooling. It is ideal for presenting cold appetizers, salads, desserts, snacks, and other prepared dishes.
Without LED lighting
An exhibition showcase keeps items at room temperature while presenting them under clear glass. The neutral zone neither heats nor chills; it simply holds food, pastries or retail goods in view of customers without altering their texture or flavour. Tempered glass panels form the walls, allowing light to pass through while resisting knocks and scratches. A shelf inside raises part of the display closer to eye level, so smaller items gain prominence without crowding the base. Sliding rear doors let staff reach in quickly, keeping the front glass unbroken for uninterrupted visibility.
To use the showcase, slide the rear doors open and place items on the base or the glass shelf. Close the doors and, if the LED lighting option is fitted, switch it on to brighten the interior. The 260 mm free zone beneath the shelf creates a floating effect, drawing attention to the products above. Customers view the display from all sides, while the protective profiles around the glass edges guard against accidental damage.
The cabinet is built from tempered glass with aluminium protective profiles. A single glass shelf is included. Controls are limited to the optional LED lighting switch, which illuminates the interior when activated.
The 920 mm width provides ample frontage for a counter or island display, while the 390 mm depth keeps the unit compact enough for tight floor plans. At 635 mm tall, the showcase sits at a comfortable viewing height without blocking sightlines across the room. The neutral temperature setting suits items that do not require refrigeration, such as baked goods, confectionery or packaged retail products.
Cleaning involves wiping the glass panels and shelf with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The aluminium profiles can be cleaned with the same solution, avoiding abrasive pads that could scratch the surface. The sliding doors should be kept free of debris to ensure smooth operation.
An LED lighting variant is available as an optional upgrade, adding interior illumination to highlight the displayed items.
The showcase is categorised under professional display equipment for neutral-temperature presentation.
