A refrigerated display case maintains chilled food visibility while preserving the cold chain. Static cooling uses natural air circulation to remove heat from stored items, releasing it via a rear condenser. This approach avoids mechanical parts that might disrupt delicate items, ensuring consistent temperatures that inhibit bacterial growth and preserve texture. The refrigerant absorbs heat as it evaporates in the cooling coil, then returns to liquid form in the condenser, repeating the cycle without adding moisture inside the case.

The SHARK 1P accommodates a single tier of GN trays. Trays slide onto the flat shelf, and the thermostat is set between +2 °C and +6 °C, allowing the unit to stabilise. LED strips along the top edge provide even illumination, enhancing the appearance of contents. The worktop above the glass front serves as a temporary space for plates or utensils during service. A digital display on the front panel shows the current temperature, enabling quick checks without opening the door.

Constructed entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, the unit features a deep-drawn internal tank with no sharp corners. Exterior panels are simple to clean, and the smooth interior facilitates daily maintenance. A static condenser at the rear requires occasional dusting to sustain airflow. The case connects to a standard 230 V single-phase circuit, using 180 W for cooling and an additional 90 W for lighting and controls.

With dimensions of 1320 mm by 395 mm, the unit fits along a counter or against a wall, while its 270 mm height positions the display at seated eye level. The temperature range of +2 °C to +6 °C suits ready-to-eat items like pastries, sandwiches, salads, and desserts that require chilling without freezing. The climate class 3 rating ensures dependable performance in typical ambient conditions.

Cleaning involves wiping stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, followed by drying to prevent water marks. The sealed LED strips need no maintenance, and the condenser coil should be vacuumed periodically to remove dust that could impair efficiency. Routine upkeep requires no disassembly.
