The SHARK 1P SK8P is a single-tier unit built to accommodate gastronorm trays. Trays are loaded from the front, and the digital thermostat allows precise temperature adjustment between +2 °C and +6 °C. LED lighting illuminates the interior, while the transparent front panel ensures food remains visible. The top surface offers a convenient space for plating or garnishing without compromising the chilled environment.

Constructed entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, the unit resists corrosion and meets high hygiene standards. The interior tank features deep-drawn, rounded corners to prevent food debris from accumulating. LED lighting runs along the top, providing even illumination that enhances the appearance of food without generating excess heat.

The Sayl-Blue electronic thermostat, equipped with a digital display, controls and monitors the temperature. The display shows the current reading for easy verification. With a cooling power of 180 W and equipment power of 95 W, the unit operates efficiently on standard 230 V circuits found in professional kitchens.

Measuring 1680 mm in length, 395 mm in width, and 270 mm in height, the case fits neatly along counters or against walls, maximising display space while minimising floor area. The static cooling system requires no additional clearance for air intake or exhaust, simplifying installation. The temperature range of +2 °C to +6 °C is suited for ready-to-eat foods like salads, desserts, and cold platters that require chilling without freezing.

Cleaning is straightforward: wipe stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The rounded interior corners and absence of sharp edges allow thorough cleaning without specialised tools. LED lighting requires minimal maintenance, typically just occasional dusting. The refrigerant R600a operates within a sealed system, so no recharging is necessary under normal conditions.
