SAYL TOWER TW Refrigerated Display Case for Chilled Goods

This refrigerated display case offers a reliable way to store and showcase chilled items while keeping them at a consistent temperature. A ventilated cooling system circulates cool air, removing heat from products and returning it to the evaporator coil. The refrigerant absorbs this heat, passes through the compressor, and releases it outside the unit, maintaining the set temperature range to preserve food and drinks effectively.

The unit features three adjustable shelves, allowing operators to arrange pre-chilled goods for clear visibility. LED lighting activates automatically when the door opens or the lighting button is pressed, providing even illumination across all shelves. The temperature can be set between +4 and +8 °C, with the cooling system cycling on and off to maintain this range. Double-glazed glass on the front and sides improves insulation, minimising condensation and ensuring an unobstructed view for customers.

Shelves are 695 mm wide and 250 mm deep, designed with wire mesh to promote airflow around products. The cabinet is built from stainless steel panels with aluminium trim, forming a sturdy frame measuring 900 mm high, 710 mm wide, and 535 mm deep. The cooling circuit and internal lighting are powered by a single-phase supply, with the system drawing power as required for operation.

To clean, remove all products and switch off the power. Wipe the wire shelves and interior walls with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Clean the glass panels with standard glass cleaner, avoiding abrasives that could cause scratches. The rear grille should be vacuumed regularly to prevent dust from obstructing airflow, and door seals should be inspected for damage that could allow warm air to enter.

The TOWER TW is delivered as a complete unit with three shelves and requires no additional accessories or plumbing.
