SAYL VELA VV Refrigerated Display Case for Chilled Goods

This refrigerated display case is built to showcase chilled goods while keeping them at a consistent low temperature. A compressor drives refrigerant through an internal evaporator coil, removing heat from the air. A fan then distributes the cooled air evenly across the shelves, preventing uneven cooling and condensation. This ventilated system keeps products clearly visible and in optimal condition throughout the day.

Loading the case is straightforward: open the double-glazed doors and arrange items on the two adjustable glass shelves. The shelves can be repositioned to accommodate different product heights, while the base display levels provide additional space for smaller items. Once loaded, set the electronic Sayl Blue thermostat to the required temperature between +2 °C and +6 °C. The compressor and fan activate automatically, circulating cooled air until the target temperature is reached. LED lighting above the shelves illuminates the products, enhancing their appeal. The doors stay closed to maintain temperature, but the double glazing ensures the contents remain clearly visible.

The case features a single-piece body with a durable, scratch-resistant coating that maintains a professional appearance. Each of the two glass shelves measures 700 mm by 250 mm, offering ample storage for chilled goods. The unit's dimensions are 800 mm wide, 700 mm deep, and 740 mm high, making it a compact fit for counters or worktops. With a cooling power of 500 W and equipment power of 250 W, it is designed for standard electrical circuits in commercial kitchens or retail environments.

Cleaning is simple: remove the shelves and wipe the interior with a damp cloth. The boltless design allows easy access to all components, and no drainage system is required, eliminating the need for special plumbing. The LED lighting is sealed and only requires occasional dusting.

It uses R600a refrigerant, which has a low environmental impact.
