SCANDOMESTIC DC430BD 392 L Black Display Refrigerator

A display refrigerator keeps bottled and canned drinks chilled while showing them through a glass door. The refrigeration unit pulls heat from the air inside the cabinet and expels it at the back. A fan circulates the cold air evenly across every shelf, so every bottle or can stays at the same temperature. The glass door seals automatically when released, cutting cold-air loss and keeping the interior stable.

The operator loads drinks onto the five black wire shelves, each of which can hold up to 34 kg. Shelves slide out for restocking and can be repositioned to fit taller bottles or cans. Two vertical LED strips run down the inside of the cabinet, lighting the drinks from top to bottom without casting shadows. The door is lockable, so stock is secure when the premises are closed.

The cabinet is built with a black interior and exterior, including the door frame and shelves. Five wire shelves are coated in black; each measures 465 mm across and 455 mm deep. The unit stands on four castors for easy movement, and the door is hinged on the right.

Controls are mechanical and set the temperature between 0 °C and 10 °C. The 220–240 V, 50 Hz supply matches standard UK commercial circuits. The refrigerant is R600a, which cools efficiently at low pressure.

A 392 L gross volume (360 L net) holds up to 269 50 cl bottles, 612 25 cl cans or 520 slim 33 cl cans. The footprint is 1987 mm high, 577 mm wide and 573 mm deep; the internal space is 1588 mm high, 480 mm wide and 480 mm deep. Each shelf supports 34 kg, so heavy bottles or cans can be stacked without overloading.

Cleaning involves wiping the black wire shelves and the interior walls with a damp cloth. The LED strips are sealed and need no maintenance. The castors should be checked periodically for smooth rolling.

The DC430BD is a single-door model with black finish throughout. Optional accessories include roller shelves for flat packs and sliding shelves for PET bottles, which automatically feed stock forward as items are removed.

The unit is designed for retail display in shops, cafés, bars and forecourts, where it keeps drinks chilled and visible to customers.
