A commercial dishwasher that cleans and dries up to fourteen place settings in a single cycle, designed to fit seamlessly beneath a worktop. Hot water is sprayed from rotating arms onto every surface, dissolving food residues and sanitising dishes, glasses and cutlery. At the end of the wash, the door opens automatically to let natural airflow finish the drying process, reducing energy use while leaving items spotless and ready for the next service.

The operator loads the three baskets—upper, middle and lower—each tailored for different items. The upper basket adjusts in height to accommodate taller glasses or small pans, while the lower basket's foldable plate holders create extra space for larger plates or serving dishes. A separate cutlery tray at the top keeps utensils separated, preventing scratches and improving hygiene. LED lighting inside the cavity illuminates the load, making it easy to check that every item is positioned correctly before the cycle starts.

Eight programmes cover every kitchen need: Auto adjusts water and energy to the load, Intensive tackles baked-on food, Universal handles mixed loads, ECO reduces consumption, Glass protects delicate items, 90min delivers a quick turnaround, Rapis shortens the cycle further, and Soak loosens dried residues before the main wash. A delay start function allows the cycle to begin at a quieter or cheaper time, up to twenty-four hours ahead. Salt and rinse aid indicators on the control panel remind staff when to refill, ensuring consistent results and preventing limescale build-up.

The touch control panel is mounted on the top edge of the door for easy access without bending. An LED display shows the selected programme and remaining time, while a floor light projects the machine's status onto the kitchen floor, so staff can see at a glance whether the cycle is running, paused or finished. The AquaStop system monitors for leaks and shuts off the water supply automatically if a fault is detected, protecting the kitchen from flooding.

The exterior is finished in stainless steel, matching other professional appliances. The 598 mm width fits standard under-counter spaces, while the 42 kg weight allows two people to move it into position without specialist equipment. A 220-240 V, 50 Hz electrical supply is required, drawing 1.93 kW during operation. Noise emission of 42 dB(A) keeps the kitchen environment comfortable during service.

Cleaning involves wiping the interior and baskets after each service to remove food debris, and periodically checking the spray arms for blockages. The salt and rinse aid compartments are refilled as indicated, and the door seal is inspected for wear. The AirDry function reduces the need for manual drying, but the door should be left ajar between services to prevent odours.
