This built-in oven distributes heat evenly using a fan, allowing you to cook multiple dishes simultaneously without mixing flavours. The fan pulls air from the cavity, heats it, and redistributes it through vents along the oven walls. This approach reduces cooking times and maintains consistent temperatures, ensuring even browning and moisture retention in food.

Operate the oven by placing the grid or one of the pans on the guides, closing the door, and selecting a programme via the touch controls. The LCD display shows the selected mode, temperature, and remaining time. Two knobs adjust settings, while a child lock prevents unintended changes. Once cooking finishes, the oven alerts you and switches off automatically.

The 70-litre interior features enamel-coated steel, which reflects heat and resists stains. A ring element around the fan, along with top and bottom elements, provides primary heat, while a separate grill element sits above the top shelf. Nine programmes combine these elements in preset sequences: convection for baking, top and bottom heat for roasting, grill for browning, defrost for thawing, and two pyrolytic cleaning cycles that burn off grease and residue at high temperatures.

The oven's dimensions are 595 millimetres wide, 580 millimetres deep, and 595 millimetres high, designed to fit standard built-in units. Its 3.2-kilowatt power rating requires a dedicated circuit. The 39.5-kilogram weight means two people should handle installation.

Pyrolytic cleaning simplifies maintenance: choose a cycle, start it, and the oven locks its door while heating to high temperatures. Grease and food residue turn to ash, which can be wiped away once the oven cools. Between pyrolytic sessions, clean the enamel surface and removable door glass with a damp cloth and mild detergent.

The oven includes one grid, one deep pan, and one flat pan, all compatible with the 70-litre cavity. Its black finish complements modern kitchen aesthetics.
