To use the GUR390 W, plug it into a 220-240 V, 50 Hz supply. Adjust the legs so the unit stands level on the worktop or floor. Set the desired temperature between 1 °C and +10 °C using the external digital control panel. Load up to 30 kg on each of the four main shelves and the additional half-shelf, organising ingredients by type or frequency of use. The reversible door can be hinged on either side to suit the kitchen layout. When the door is closed, the fan resumes circulation, and the digital display shows the current temperature.

The cabinet is constructed from white-coated steel with a stainless-steel door panel. Four full-width wire shelves and one half-width shelf are included, each rated for 30 kg.
