The cabinet's insulation keeps the interior stable, shielding the collection from external temperature swings and humidity changes common in professional settings.

The operator sets the desired temperature for each zone on the digital control panel, which then activates the compressor and fan to reach and hold the chosen levels. Bottles are loaded horizontally onto the beech wood shelves, ensuring the corks remain moist and airtight. The top shelf is fixed as a presentation shelf, while the seven lower shelves slide out for easy access to every bottle. LED lighting illuminates the interior, casting a soft glow that highlights the labels without generating heat that could affect the wine.

The cabinet is constructed from stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to corrosion and ease of cleaning in a busy kitchen or retail environment. The door is frameless glass with a black finish, hinged on the right but reversible to suit the layout of the space. A static anti-vibration system is integrated into the cooling mechanism, minimising movement that could accelerate ageing or spoilage.

The digital control panel allows precise temperature adjustment between 5 °C and 18 °C, covering the full range needed for both long-term storage and short-term chilling. The 416 litre volume provides space for 126 standard 75 cl bottles, organised across eight shelves.
