Sigma Stainless Steel Scraper for CHEF BM 60 Mixer Bowl

A scraper removes ingredients from the sides of a mixer bowl without stopping the machine or scraping by hand. In a planetary mixer like the CHEF BM 60, the beater moves in a circular path while the bowl stays fixed. Ingredients climb the sides and can stick, leaving pockets of unmixed material. The scraper presses against the bowl wall, guiding the mixture back into the beater's path so every portion is blended evenly and no ingredient is wasted.

The operator fits the scraper into the mixer's attachment hub before starting the machine. Once the beater is running, the scraper rotates with it, continuously clearing the bowl wall. There are no controls to set; the scraper works passively as long as the mixer is in motion. After the cycle finishes, the scraper is removed and cleaned separately.

This scraper is made of stainless steel, shaped to match the curvature of the CHEF BM 60 bowl. The material resists corrosion and stands up to frequent washing in a commercial dishwasher.
