Professional electric fryer - maximum capacity up to 10L
An electric fryer heats a measured volume of oil to a controlled temperature, allowing food to cook quickly and evenly while developing a crisp exterior. The heating element sits beneath the oil, transferring energy directly into the liquid. A thermostat cycles the element on and off to hold the set temperature, while a fan or natural convection circulates the oil, preventing hot spots that could scorch the food. The cold zone at the bottom collects debris and crumbs, keeping them away from the heating element and extending the life of the oil.
To operate the fryer, fill the vat with the specified volume of oil and set the desired temperature on the front panel. Once the oil reaches the target, the work light signals that the fryer is ready. Lower the basket into the oil, ensuring it is fully submerged, and set the timer if the model includes one. The power light indicates the heating element is active. After frying, lift the basket and allow excess oil to drain back into the vat. The appliance protection system cuts power to the heater when it is removed, preventing accidental activation.
The fryer is constructed with a stainless steel body measuring 400 mm deep, 700 mm wide and 250 mm high. The front panel is laser-engraved for durability, and ergonomic knobs control temperature and other settings. Movable heating elements allow access for cleaning, and a safe oil release valve simplifies maintenance. Adjustable feet ensure the unit sits level on uneven floors, while the cold zone system reduces oil degradation during extended use.
A 9 kW power rating requires a three-phase 400 V supply, typical of commercial kitchens. The 10 litre oil capacity suits medium-volume frying, balancing output with footprint. The temperature range up to 190 °C accommodates most fried foods, from chips to battered proteins. The included basket measures 210 x 350 x 110 mm, with an optional configuration for two smaller baskets of 105 x 350 x 110 mm each, allowing different foods to fry simultaneously.
Cleaning involves draining the oil through the safe release valve, removing the movable heating elements, and wiping down the interior. The cold zone should be cleared of debris to maintain oil quality. The laser-engraved panel resists wear from frequent cleaning, and the adjustable feet prevent water pooling during washdown.
The fryer can be installed on an open skeletal structure or a base with a door, offering flexibility in kitchen layout. The appliance protection system safeguards against overheating, while the power cut feature ensures safety when the heater is removed.
