A stainless steel milk and cream jug holds and pours steamed milk or cream with precision, letting baristas create latte art and control texture. The metal conducts heat evenly, keeping the milk at the right temperature while it is frothed. A wide base and tapered spout give stability and a smooth, narrow stream that can be aimed exactly where the pattern needs to go.
The jug is filled with cold milk or cream to just below the spout, leaving room for expansion as the steam wand aerates it. The operator submerges the wand tip just below the surface, then lowers it as the volume increases, stretching and texturing the milk until it reaches the desired temperature. Once the milk is silky and glossy, the jug is lifted, the wand removed, and the milk poured into the espresso in a steady, controlled motion. The spout shape helps to start and stop the flow cleanly, so the design of the latte or cappuccino is not spoiled by drips.
Made from stainless steel, the jug resists corrosion, stains and odours, and can be washed at high temperatures without warping. The 125 mm diameter base fits on standard espresso machine drip trays and worktops, while the 160 mm height gives enough room for the steam wand to move freely without touching the rim. The 2 litre volume is large enough for multiple drinks in a busy café, yet small enough to handle comfortably when full.
The jug has no moving parts or controls; its only function is to hold and pour. It is a single piece with no seams or joints that could trap milk residue, making it quick to rinse and sanitise between uses. Stainless steel can be washed in a commercial dishwasher or scrubbed by hand with a brush and detergent, then dried to prevent water spots.
This model is the standard 2000 ml size used in professional coffee service. It is compatible with all espresso machines and steam wands, regardless of make or model.
