An induction range transfers energy directly into compatible cookware using electromagnetic fields, eliminating the need for a traditional heating element. The process heats the pan itself, not the surrounding air or surface, which reduces wasted energy and allows precise temperature control. Each field generates a magnetic field beneath the ceramic surface; when a ferrous pan is placed on it, the field induces electrical currents in the pan's base, producing heat instantly. This method responds faster than gas or electric hobs, as the heat stops the moment the pan is removed or the power is turned off, improving safety and efficiency in a busy kitchen environment.

To operate the range, place induction-compatible cookware on one of the two 225 mm fields. Turn the ergonomic knob to select one of nine power levels, adjusting the intensity of the magnetic field and thus the heat delivered to the pan. The cookware detection system automatically recognises whether a suitable pan is present and activates the field only when one is detected. A remaining heat indicator warns when the surface is still hot after use, even if the power is off. The appliance protection system, accessed via the control panel, helps prevent overheating and extends the life of the unit. Adjustable feet allow the range to be levelled on uneven floors, ensuring stability during use.

The range is constructed with a laser-engraved front panel for clear, durable markings and a ceramic cooking surface that withstands high temperatures and frequent cleaning. An efficient cooling system prevents internal components from overheating during prolonged use, maintaining performance in demanding kitchen conditions. The unit is designed to work without an exhaust system, allowing the use of larger-diameter cookware when needed.

The 7 kW total power rating requires a 400 V three-phase electrical supply, which is standard in professional kitchens and supports the high energy demand of induction cooking. The 400 mm depth, 700 mm width and 850 mm height provide a compact footprint suitable for worktops in commercial settings, while the 225 mm diameter of each field accommodates standard professional pans and pots. The adjustable feet make it possible to install the range on various floor types without compromising stability or safety.

Cleaning involves wiping the ceramic surface with a damp cloth after each use, as the smooth material prevents food from sticking and allows quick removal of spills. The front panel and knobs can be cleaned with a mild detergent, avoiding abrasive materials that could damage the laser engraving. The efficient cooling system reduces the need for internal cleaning, as it minimises dust accumulation inside the unit. Regular checks of the adjustable feet ensure the range remains level and secure during operation.
