A counter-top holder organises sandwiches, wraps or filled rolls into five separate compartments so customers can see and select without handling the food.

The unit does not heat, chill or move; it simply presents each item upright behind a clear front panel. This keeps the display tidy, speeds service and reduces waste from accidental damage or contamination.

To use, the operator loads each compartment from the top, then places the holder on the counter or worktop. Customers lift their choice directly from the front. When empty, the holder is lifted by its integrated handle and carried to the wash-up area.

The frame is sized to fit standard deli counters and is small enough to move between prep areas and service points during a shift. Its footprint of 347 mm by 120 mm leaves room for other displays or till equipment alongside.

Cleaning is by hand wash only, following the same routine as other non-electrical serving equipment: warm water, mild detergent and a soft cloth or sponge.
