A stainless-steel catering table that combines a work surface, an integral sink and under-counter storage in a single unit. The wing doors open to reveal a cupboard space sized for standard gastronorm containers, cleaning supplies or small appliances, keeping them within arm's reach of the worktop and sink. The table stands on adjustable feet that level the unit on uneven floors, preventing wobble and spills. The worktop provides a flat, hygienic surface for food preparation, plating or holding equipment. The built-in sink allows immediate washing of utensils, hands or produce without leaving the station, reducing cross-contamination and saving steps in a busy kitchen. To use the table, the operator loads the cupboard through the wing doors, adjusts the feet until the worktop is level, and connects the sink to the water supply and waste outlet. The worktop is then ready for food preparation, while the sink is used for rinsing, soaking or washing as needed. After service, the sink is drained, the worktop wiped down, and the cupboard emptied for cleaning.
