A stainless-steel worktop table with integrated drawers and an undershelf provides a stable, hygienic surface for food preparation, plating and assembly directly on the kitchen floor. The flat top acts as a workbench; the drawers below keep utensils, cloths and small ingredients within arm's reach; the shelf beneath stores larger trays, pots or boxes off the floor and still accessible without bending.

The table stands on four legs that raise the work surface to a comfortable standing height, eliminating the need to stoop or lift from low surfaces. Adjustable feet allow the unit to be levelled on uneven floors, preventing spills and ensuring drawers slide smoothly. The open undershelf creates a clear space for bulky items, while the drawers organise smaller tools so they can be found quickly during service.

To use the table, the operator loads ingredients and tools onto the worktop, pulls open the drawers to retrieve or stow items, and places larger equipment on the shelf below. The height and depth are chosen so that the worktop sits at waist level for most staff, reducing fatigue during long shifts.

Construction is stainless steel throughout, including the worktop, drawer fronts, undershelf and legs. The material resists corrosion from water, steam and cleaning chemicals, and can be sanitised with commercial disinfectants without staining or pitting. The worktop is seamless, with no joints or crevices where food debris can collect.

The table measures 800 mm wide, 600 mm deep and 900 mm high, giving a footprint that fits standard kitchen aisles while providing enough surface area for multiple tasks. The depth can be increased by 10% at the same price, allowing the table to be tailored to the available space without additional cost.

Cleaning involves wiping the worktop and shelf with a damp cloth and approved sanitiser after each shift, and periodically removing the drawers to wash their runners and interiors. The seamless top and smooth surfaces allow quick drying and prevent bacterial growth between uses.
