A stainless-steel catering table that combines a worktop, an integrated sink and two wing doors in a single unit. The flat surface provides space for food preparation, plating or holding equipment, while the sink allows immediate washing or rinsing without leaving the station. The wing doors open to reveal storage inside the base, keeping utensils, containers or cleaning supplies within reach but out of sight.
The table stands on four adjustable feet that level the unit on uneven floors and raise it clear of spills. The entire construction is made from stainless steel, which resists corrosion from water, detergents and food acids, and can be sanitised at high temperatures. The sink is formed from a single sheet, so there are no seams to trap dirt or harbour bacteria.
To use the table, the operator loads the worktop with ingredients or equipment, fills the sink with water as needed, and opens the wing doors to access the storage space below. The doors swing outwards and stay open without support, leaving both hands free for loading or unloading. When the task is complete, the doors close flush with the front of the unit, presenting a clean line and preventing accidental opening during service.
The overall dimensions of 800 mm width, 600 mm depth and 900 mm height give the table a compact footprint that fits between other kitchen units or against a wall. The 800 mm width matches standard worktop depths, allowing seamless integration with hobs, ovens or refrigeration units placed alongside. The 900 mm height is standard for standing work in professional kitchens, reducing strain on the operator's back and shoulders during prolonged use.
Cleaning is straightforward: the worktop and sink are wiped down with a cloth and detergent after each service, while the interior of the base is accessed by opening the wing doors and removing any stored items. The stainless-steel surfaces can be sanitised with steam or chemical solutions without risk of damage or discolouration.
