A bar organiser creates a fixed station on the worktop where bottles, jiggers, strainers and glassware are always to hand. Instead of reaching across the bar or searching under the counter, the operator keeps every essential item in a single, visible grid. The layout is standardised so that any member of the team can step in and find what they need without hesitation, speeding service during peak hours.
The unit stands directly on the bar top, held in place by its own weight and the non-slip feet. Bottles are slotted into vertical compartments sized to hold standard spirits and liqueurs; smaller tools sit in horizontal trays or clips. Glassware may be stored upside-down on raised pegs or in angled racks that prevent chips and keep stems within easy reach. The entire assembly is open-fronted so that every item is visible and accessible from the customer side of the bar, reducing the need to turn away or bend down.
To use the organiser, the operator first loads the bottles and tools into their designated slots. Glasses are placed on the pegs or in the racks, and any adjustable dividers are set to the required width. Once loaded, the unit remains in place throughout service; there is no need to move it or to restock individual items during the shift. When the bar closes, the contents are removed, the organiser is wiped down, and the next day's setup begins with the same layout.
Construction is a single welded frame of powder-coated steel, with feet of non-slip rubber. The powder coating resists spills and condensation, and the open design allows air to circulate so that glassware dries quickly between uses.
The overall footprint of 105 mm depth, 150 mm width and 240 mm height fits neatly between the till and the ice well, or alongside the speed rail, without encroaching on the customer area. The modest size also means the unit can be moved by one person during cleaning or reconfiguration of the bar.
Cleaning is straightforward: remove all contents, wipe the frame with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then dry thoroughly before reloading. The open construction prevents trapped moisture, and the powder-coated finish does not absorb odours or stains.
