A frying pan designed for small-portion cooking transfers heat quickly and evenly across its surface, allowing precise control over the cooking process. Aluminium conducts heat efficiently, reducing hot spots and ensuring food cooks uniformly without scorching. The non-stick coating minimises the need for excess fat, letting ingredients release cleanly once done.

To use, place the pan on a gas, ceramic or electric hob and allow it to warm gradually. Add a small amount of oil or butter if needed, then introduce the ingredients. The ergonomic stainless-steel handle remains cool to the touch, providing a secure grip while stirring or flipping. Once cooking is complete, slide the food onto a plate and set the pan aside to cool before cleaning.

The pan is constructed from aluminium with a non-stick interior surface. The handle is made of stainless steel and is riveted to the body for stability. Its shallow depth and wide diameter create a broad cooking area that suits single servings or small batches.

The 280 mm diameter provides ample space for frying eggs, sautéing vegetables or browning meat without crowding. The 2.4 litre volume indicates the capacity for liquid-based dishes such as sauces or reductions. The 51 mm height keeps the pan lightweight and easy to manoeuvre while offering enough clearance for stirring.

Clean the pan by hand using warm water and a soft sponge. Avoid abrasive cleaners or metal utensils, which can damage the non-stick coating. Dry thoroughly after washing to prevent water spots and store in a dry cupboard to maintain the coating's performance.

This model is not compatible with induction hobs and should not be washed in a dishwasher.
