A frying pan that spreads heat evenly across its aluminium base so every part of the surface reaches the same temperature at the same time. This evenness prevents hot spots that can scorch food and lets the operator fry, sauté or sear small batches without constant stirring.

The pan heats quickly because aluminium conducts heat faster than heavier metals. Once the hob is lit or switched on, the base warms in moments and transfers that heat straight to the food. A non-stick coating on the interior surface reduces the need for oil or butter; food slides off the pan when cooked and leaves little residue behind.

To use, place the pan on a gas, ceramic or electric hob. Set the heat to the desired level and add a small amount of fat if needed. Load the food into the pan and monitor the cooking. When done, slide the food onto a plate or tray. The stainless-steel handle stays cool to the touch throughout, giving a secure grip without heat transfer from the pan.

The pan is made of aluminium with a non-stick interior coating. The handle is stainless steel, riveted to the pan body for stability. The rim is rolled to prevent drips when pouring or transferring food.

The 400 mm diameter and 63 mm height create a shallow, wide shape that exposes a large surface area to the heat source. This shape suits small portions that cook quickly and evenly. The 6.3 litre volume allows batches of vegetables, meats or eggs to be cooked without crowding, which would lower the temperature and slow the process.

After use, allow the pan to cool. Wash by hand with warm water and a soft sponge; the non-stick coating can be damaged by abrasive cleaners or dishwashers. Dry the pan before storing to prevent water spots or corrosion.

The pan is designed for gas, ceramic and electric hobs but is not compatible with induction hobs.
