This wok pan distributes heat quickly and uniformly across its surface, thanks to its aluminium construction. The curved design allows for efficient stirring and tossing of ingredients, ensuring even cooking at high temperatures. This method preserves the natural flavours and textures of food, keeping vegetables crisp and meats juicy.

The pan works on induction, ceramic, or gas hobs. A small amount of oil is added once the pan reaches the desired temperature. Ingredients are then introduced in stages—aromatics first, followed by proteins, vegetables, and sauces. The deep sides help contain splatters and allow steam to circulate, combining frying and steaming in one process. After cooking, the pan can be lifted safely by its cool stainless-steel handle for direct serving.

Aluminium ensures rapid heat conduction and immediate response to temperature adjustments.
