Stalgast countertop display chiller 100 L with LED lighting

A countertop display chiller keeps chilled items visible while maintaining safe holding temperatures. Cold air is drawn across an evaporator coil, then forced through the cabinet by a fan. The circulating air removes heat from the products and carries it to the coil, where it is expelled outside. Because the air moves continuously, every shelf receives the same temperature, and the glass walls let customers see the items without opening the door and losing cold air.

The operator loads the two adjustable shelves with pre-chilled products, closes the door, and sets the thermostat between 0 °C and 12 °C. The chiller starts automatically, pulling heat from the cabinet and condensing moisture onto the coil. When the coil frosts over, an automatic defrost cycle melts the ice; the water drips into a condensate container that can be removed and emptied. The LED lighting switches on when the door is opened, illuminating the contents without adding heat.

The cabinet is finished in white and has glass on all four sides. Inside, two wire shelves can be repositioned to suit different product heights. A condensate container sits beneath the evaporator coil to collect defrost water. The forced-air system ensures even cooling across every shelf.

The 230 V supply connects to a standard single-phase circuit, allowing the unit to run on the same power as most kitchen appliances. The 100 L volume provides space for multiple trays or containers without taking up excessive counter space. The 0 °C to 12 °C temperature range is suitable for holding dairy, desserts, salads and other chilled foods that must remain visible but safe.

Cleaning involves wiping the glass and interior surfaces with a damp cloth, removing the shelves to wash them separately, and emptying the condensate container regularly. The forced-air system requires occasional vacuuming of the evaporator coil to maintain efficiency.
