A commercial dishwasher built to clean GN 1/1 gastronorm trays in 120 or 180 seconds. The machine uses a boiler to heat water, then pumps it through two pairs of rotating arms—top and bottom—so that every surface is sprayed at high pressure. This dual-arm system ensures even coverage, removing food residue without pre-rinsing. The heated chamber maintains temperature throughout the cycle, while a rinse-aid dispenser prevents water spots and speeds drying.

Load the 500 × 500 mm basket with plates, trays or glassware up to 320 mm tall. Three included racks—plate, universal and cutlery—keep items separated and stable. Slide the basket onto the two-level guide rails, close the door and select either the 120-second quick wash or the 180-second extended programme. The electromechanical control panel displays boiler and chamber temperatures, allowing the operator to monitor progress. At the end of the cycle a sound signal confirms the load is ready for unloading.

The base is constructed from stainless steel, providing a stable, corrosion-resistant foundation. A surface filter traps debris, while an optional water purifier can be installed to reduce limescale build-up. Water consumption is 2.5 litres per cycle, making the unit economical for high-volume use.

The 4.9/3.4 kW power rating corresponds to a three-phase 400 V supply for the boiler and a single-phase 230 V circuit for controls and pumps. The footprint of 565 × 685 mm fits under most worktops, while the 1285 mm height allows clearance for tall items. Maximum dish height of 320 mm accommodates standard gastronorm trays and deep plates.

Cleaning involves removing the surface filter to clear trapped food particles, wiping the stainless steel base and checking the rinse-aid dispenser level. The two pairs of washing arms should be inspected for blockages and rotated freely by hand. No other maintenance is required beyond the optional water purifier upkeep.

The dishwasher is supplied with three racks: one for plates, one universal and one combined glassware and cutlery container. An integrated rinse-aid dispenser is standard on all models.
