Stalgast Display for Five Sauce Bottles

A worktop display unit organises up to five sauce bottles in a single row so servers can reach every bottle without searching. The unit stands directly on the counter, keeping sauces visible and within arm's reach during service.

The display does not heat, chill or pump; it simply holds bottles upright in individual slots. Each slot is sized to fit standard catering sauce bottles, preventing tipping while allowing easy removal. The open front design lets staff see the sauce level at a glance, reducing the need to lift bottles to check contents.

To use, place the unit on a clean, level worktop. Insert each sauce bottle into its own slot, label facing forward. During service, servers remove the bottle, dispense the sauce, and return it to the same slot. When service ends, bottles can be left in place or removed for storage.

The unit is constructed from stainless steel, giving a smooth, durable surface that resists corrosion and wipes clean quickly. The base is a single folded sheet with raised edges to contain minor spills and keep the worktop dry.

The display measures 435 mm wide, 110 mm deep and 120 mm high, fitting neatly along a counter edge or between other counter-top appliances. Its compact footprint leaves the rest of the worktop free for food preparation and plating.

Cleaning is limited to wiping the stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent after each service. No disassembly is required, and there are no moving parts to maintain.
