smooth plate 800mm
An electric grill heats a smooth cast plate from beneath with resistance elements. The even heat spreads across the entire surface, searing food without hot spots or flare-ups. A thermostat cycles the elements to hold the set temperature, letting the operator grill steaks, burgers, vegetables or fish in a continuous service without adjusting the heat manually.
The operator lowers food onto the hot plate, where it browns and caramelises. Grease and juices run off the smooth surface into a front trough, then drain into a removable fat container. High sides and a rear wound keep splashes inside the unit, while adjustable feet level the grill on uneven floors.
Controls sit on a laser-engraved front panel. Ergonomic knobs set the temperature up to 300 °C and switch the grill on or off. A safety system locks the controls when the grill is not in use, preventing accidental activation.
The 8.1 kW rating shows the load on the electrical supply. A three-phase 400 V circuit is required, which is standard in professional kitchens for high-power appliances. The 800 mm width, 700 mm depth and 850 mm height determine the space the grill occupies on the worktop or counter. The 4400 cm² working surface allows multiple items to be grilled simultaneously, increasing throughput during service.
Grease and waste drain into a fat container that slides out for emptying and cleaning. The smooth plate itself wipes clean with a scraper after each service, while the high sides and rear wound can be washed with a damp cloth. Adjustable feet are checked periodically to keep the grill level and stable.
The grill is supplied as a single unit with no stated variants.
