Professional electric pasta cooking machine with 25L capacity
A pasta cooking machine heats water to a rolling boil, then circulates it around perforated baskets of dry pasta. The continuous flow of hot water cooks the pasta evenly and quickly, while the perforations let the water drain away when the basket is lifted. This method keeps the pasta separate from the cooking water, so each batch emerges firm and ready for saucing without sticking or overcooking.
The operator fills the tank with water through the solenoid valve, sets the desired level with the manual dosage knob, and starts the heating element. Once the water reaches boiling point, the machine maintains it automatically. Pasta is loaded into GN 1/3 baskets or the optional 2×1/6 GN set, then lowered into the tank. The appliance protection system cuts power if the water level falls too low, preventing damage. After the set cooking time, the baskets are lifted out, draining through the overflow hole and water outlet.
The tank and outer casing are stainless steel, with laser-engraved markings on the front panel for clear control identification. Ergonomic knobs adjust water level and cooking settings. Adjustable feet allow the unit to sit level on uneven floors, and the 400 V three-phase supply matches the standard power available in professional kitchens. The 25 L volume provides enough space for continuous cooking without crowding, while the 400 × 700 × 850 mm footprint fits under most worktops or on a mobile stand.
A water drain outlet simplifies emptying the tank, and the overflow hole prevents spills during filling. The machine accepts standard GN 1/3 baskets or the 2×1/6 GN set, so existing kitchen containers can be used. For kitchens without three-phase power, gas versions G27 and G31 are available separately.
Cleaning involves draining the tank, wiping down the stainless steel surfaces, and rinsing the water inlet and outlet to prevent scale build-up. The laser-engraved panel resists wear, and the adjustable feet make it easy to move the machine for thorough cleaning underneath.
