An electric stove heats a solid cast-iron or ceramic plate with embedded resistance elements. The plate stores and spreads the heat evenly across its surface, so large pots sit flat and transfer energy without hot spots. This method gives steady, controllable heat for long simmering or rapid boiling without flame or combustion gases.

To use the stove, place the pot on the cold plate, plug the unit into a 400 V three-phase circuit, and select the power level from one to six. The plate warms gradually; the highest setting brings it to full temperature in minutes. Once the pot reaches the desired temperature, the operator lowers the setting to maintain a simmer or keep the contents warm. When finished, turn the control to zero and unplug the stove.

The stove is built as a single square worktop of 580 mm on each side, standing 380 mm high on four adjustable feet. The feet allow the unit to be levelled on uneven floors or raised to match adjacent work surfaces. The entire surface is a single heating zone, sized to support pots from 50 to 100 litres without overhang.

A rotary knob on the front panel sets the power in six discrete steps. Each step corresponds to a fixed output, letting the operator choose between gentle warming and rapid boiling without fine adjustment.

The 5 kW rating means the stove draws a substantial load and must be connected to a dedicated three-phase circuit. The 400 V supply is standard for professional kitchens and allows the stove to reach full power without voltage drop. The 580 mm footprint fits within a standard worktop run and leaves room for adjacent appliances or preparation space.

Cleaning is limited to the exposed surfaces: wipe the heating plate with a damp cloth after it has cooled, and clean the control panel and sides with a mild detergent. The adjustable feet should be checked periodically to ensure the stove remains stable.

The stove is supplied as a single model without variants.
