A gas stove with an electric convection oven combines open-flame cooking on the hob with even, fan-assisted baking below. The hob burners heat pots and pans directly, while the oven circulates hot air around the food, eliminating cold spots and cutting cooking times. This dual method suits kitchens that need both rapid hob response and consistent oven results for roasting, baking and finishing dishes at the same time.

On the hob, the burners fire up instantly and adjust from full power down to a low simmer. A pilot flame stays lit to re-ignite the main burners automatically, while a flame safety device cuts the gas if the flame goes out. The oven starts with a heating element at the back; a fan then pushes the hot air across the food, spreading heat evenly and allowing multiple trays to cook at once without rotating them. Humidity control inside the oven keeps baked goods from drying out and helps meats stay juicy.

To use the stove, the operator lights the pilot flame, then turns the knobs to ignite each burner. The cast iron grids support heavy pots and distribute heat evenly. The oven is set with a separate control that starts the fan and heating element. Inside, three adjustable rails hold GN1/1 trays, and the glass door lets the cook monitor progress without opening it. When cooking is complete, the burners are turned off and the oven fan continues to run briefly to cool the compartment.

The hob is built with a laser-engraved stainless-steel front panel and ergonomic knobs for precise flame adjustment. Cast iron grids sit above the burners, and a removable, dishwasher-safe bowl catches spills. The oven interior is stainless steel with three levels of rails and a glass door. Adjustable feet level the unit on uneven floors, and a work light illuminates the hob while a power light shows when the oven is on.

The 20.5 kW total hob power and 7 kW oven power draw a significant gas and electrical load, so the stove requires dedicated circuits and proper ventilation. The 800 mm width fits standard worktop spaces, while the 850 mm height allows comfortable use without stooping. The oven cavity dimensions of 660 x 445 x 285 mm accommodate GN1/1 trays, making it compatible with standard gastronorm containers.

Cleaning involves removing the cast iron grids and the spill bowl for washing, while the oven interior can be wiped down after each use. The glass door and stainless-steel surfaces resist stains and are easy to maintain. The appliance protection system, accessed via the control panel, helps prevent damage from overheating or incorrect settings.

The stove is available with a pilot flame and flame safety device as standard, and the oven includes humidity control and compartment lighting.
