Stainless steel professional gas stove with six burners and gas oven
A gas stove that combines six high-output burners with a full-width GN2/1 oven beneath a stainless-steel worktop. The hob heats by direct flame, transferring energy instantly to pots and pans; the oven circulates hot air around a gastronorm tray, cooking evenly without the need to rotate dishes.
On the hob, each burner draws gas through a pilot flame and a safety valve that cuts the supply if the flame fails. The three largest burners are double-crown, spreading heat across a wider area for larger pans. Every burner can be reduced to one-third power, letting the chef hold sauces at a simmer or finish delicate items without scorching. Cast-iron grids support heavy stockpots and distribute weight evenly, while a removable drip tray beneath catches spills and can be washed in a dishwasher.
The oven compartment is lined with stainless steel and fitted with three adjustable rails, allowing two GN2/1 trays to be loaded at once. A humidity-control feature introduces steam during baking, keeping bread crusts thin and roasts moist. The glass door lets the chef monitor progress without opening the oven, and an interior light stays on whenever the oven is in use.
To operate the stove, the chef turns the ergonomic knobs on the laser-engraved front panel. Each knob sets the gas flow to one burner or to the oven; a separate switch controls the worktop light and the oven light. An appliance-protection system can be activated from the same panel, locking the controls against accidental adjustment. Below the oven, a neutral cupboard with two doors provides dry storage for trays and utensils.
The stove measures 1200 mm across, 700 mm deep and 850 mm high, fitting a standard worktop cut-out. Adjustable feet allow the unit to be levelled on uneven floors, and the entire assembly is designed to slide out for cleaning or servicing. Cast-iron grids and the removable drip tray simplify daily upkeep, while the stainless-steel surfaces and laser-engraved panel resist wear and staining.
Total power input is 32.5 kW for the hob and 6.0 kW for the oven, requiring a dedicated gas supply and adequate ventilation. The GN2/1 oven accepts standard gastronorm trays, matching the rest of the kitchen's tray sizes and simplifying workflow.
