Stalgast gas stove with static electric oven 32.5/7 kW

This professional unit combines a gas hob and static electric oven in a single 1200 mm-wide appliance. The hob features cast-iron grids over burners that ignite via a pilot flame, while the oven uses natural air circulation to distribute heat evenly across all shelves. Each burner can be adjusted to full power or reduced to a third for gentle cooking. The oven includes a humidity control setting to maintain moisture in dishes or crisp baked goods as needed. Three adjustable rails accommodate GN2/1 trays, and an internal light allows monitoring through the glass door without opening it.

The hob includes three 5 kW burners, two 7 kW double-crown burners, and one 3.5 kW burner, all equipped with flame-failure safety devices. A removable drip bowl beneath the grids simplifies cleaning. The oven compartment is stainless steel-lined, with a storage cupboard below for utensils or ingredients.

Controls are located on a laser-engraved front panel, with knobs for burner power, oven temperature, and humidity. A separate switch operates the oven light, and an appliance protection system can be activated to lock settings during use. Adjustable feet ensure stability on uneven surfaces, and the unit fits standard 1200 mm worktop spaces.

The hob grids and drip bowl can be removed for cleaning, while the oven interior and glass door are designed for easy wiping. The storage cupboard beneath the oven should be cleaned regularly to prevent grease accumulation.
