A freestanding cupboard organises dry goods, crockery and small equipment in a professional kitchen without taking floor space from worktops or hobs. The unit stands on its own feet, so it can be moved when the kitchen layout changes.
Inside, shelves hold items at different heights, keeping heavier pieces lower and lighter ones higher. Each shelf spans the full width of the cupboard, so plates, trays and containers sit flat without overhang. The single door closes to shield contents from dust and kitchen traffic, and opens to give full access to every shelf at once.
The operator loads the cupboard by placing items on the shelves, then closes the door to secure them. When an item is needed, the door is opened, the item is taken, and the door is closed again. No settings, timers or programmes are involved.
The cupboard is constructed with a single door and four shelves. The door and shelves are made of materials suitable for kitchen use, resisting moisture and frequent handling.
Cleaning involves wiping the shelves and interior surfaces with a damp cloth, then drying them to prevent moisture build-up. The door is cleaned the same way, and the exterior is wiped down to remove dust and kitchen splashes.
The height of 1800 mm allows the cupboard to fit under standard worktop overhangs or ceiling extractors, while the four shelves provide enough vertical space to separate different types of items and keep the kitchen organised.
