Stalgast Ice Cream Waffle Stand for Four Wafers

An ice cream waffle stand keeps freshly baked cones upright so they stay crisp while the scoop is added. The stand's flat base and vertical pegs prevent the wafers from rolling or touching the worktop, reducing breakage and keeping the display tidy.

The operator places the stand on a counter or service station. Four pegs are arranged in a square: two take 25 mm wafers and two take 30 mm wafers. The wafers slide onto the pegs immediately after baking, where they cool evenly without bending or cracking. Once cooled, the stand moves to the ice cream station, ready for scooping.

The unit is built as a single piece of black-coated metal, giving a stable base that does not wobble on uneven surfaces. The pegs are fixed directly to the base, eliminating joints that could trap food or require disassembly.

Cleaning is limited to wiping the pegs and base with a damp cloth after each service. The black coating resists fingerprints and grease, keeping the stand presentable throughout the day.
