Stalgast Ladle NAVIA for Professional Kitchens

A ladle transfers hot liquids from pot to plate without spilling or splashing. The deep bowl collects the liquid, while the long handle keeps the operator's hand clear of steam and heat. This method allows portioning of soups, sauces and stocks directly onto the serving dish, maintaining temperature and presentation.

The operator dips the bowl into the liquid, fills it to the desired level, then lifts and pours in a smooth motion. The handle length and bowl shape work together to control the flow, reducing waste and ensuring consistent servings.

Constructed from 18/0 stainless steel, the Ladle NAVIA resists corrosion and staining, even with frequent exposure to acidic or salty liquids. The material does not react with food, preserving flavour and appearance. The single-piece design eliminates seams where food particles could lodge, simplifying cleaning.

The 305 mm overall length provides reach into deep stockpots and bain-maries while keeping the user's hand at a safe distance from the heat source. This dimension also fits standard storage racks and utensil drawers in professional kitchens.

Cleaning follows from the construction: hand-wash in warm water with mild detergent, rinse and dry immediately to prevent water spots. The smooth surface and absence of crevices allow quick removal of food residue without scrubbing.

The Ladle NAVIA is categorised under serving and portioning utensils in the Stalgast professional catering range.
