Compact and durable manual meat mixer with a 10-liter capacity, designed for preparing meat, sausage mixtures, and vegetable blends.
A manual meat mixer blends and kneads minced meat, seasonings and binders without electricity. The operator turns a hand crank that drives paddles or augers inside a fixed bowl. As the paddles rotate, they fold and stretch the mixture, distributing fat, salt and spices evenly while developing the protein structure that gives sausages and burgers their texture. The tilting bowl lets the operator tip the contents out once mixing is complete, so no lifting is needed.
The operator loads the bowl with up to 6.5–7 kg of meat, attaches the lid and secures it. The hand crank is turned steadily; the paddles inside rotate, mixing the contents. When the mixture is uniform, the bowl is tilted forward and the meat slides out into a waiting tray or hopper. Non-slip feet keep the unit stable on the worktop during use.
The mixer is built from stainless steel, including the bowl, lid and frame. The bowl and lid are removable for cleaning. The hand crank is fixed to the frame and does not detach.
A single hand crank controls the mixing speed; the operator adjusts the pace by how quickly they turn it.
The 10 L bowl volume sets the maximum batch size for each mix. The 6.5–7 kg capacity tells the operator how much meat can be loaded without overfilling. The 390 × 250 × 370 mm footprint shows the space the mixer occupies on the worktop, leaving room for trays and utensils around it.
After use, the removable bowl and lid are washed in hot water with detergent, rinsed and dried. The stainless-steel surfaces resist corrosion and staining. The hand crank and frame are wiped down with a damp cloth to remove meat residue.
This model is supplied as a single unit with no variants or accessories listed.
