Stainless steel MONOBLOCK ladle, Ø 60 mm, 0.06 L. Suitable for serving and portioning soups, sauces, broths, and other liquid foods in professional and home kitchens.
A ladle formed from a single piece of stainless steel eliminates seams and joints where food particles and bacteria can collect. The MONOBLOCK design relies on precision pressing and shaping of the metal, producing a seamless bowl and handle that meet hygiene standards without welded edges or crevices. This method of construction also distributes stress evenly, reducing the risk of bending or breaking under repeated use with hot liquids.
The operator dips the ladle into a pot or bain-marie, fills it with soup, sauce or broth, then lifts and pours in a steady stream. The curved handle fits the contour of the hand, allowing a firm grip even when the ladle is full and the contents are hot. A small hole at the end of the handle lets the ladle hang from a rail or hook between uses, keeping it within reach and off the worktop.
The bowl measures 60 mm across and holds 60 ml of liquid, a volume that portions single servings of sauces or small bowls of soup without spillage. The handle extends 275 mm from the bowl, giving enough reach to scoop from deep stockpots while keeping the hand clear of steam and splashes.
Made entirely of stainless steel, the ladle resists corrosion, staining and odour retention. It withstands the high temperatures of dishwashers and the chemical action of detergents, so it can be cleaned alongside other kitchenware without special treatment. The one-piece construction also means there are no corners or gaps to scrub; wiping or rinsing removes most residues, and dishwasher cycles complete the job.
The ladle is supplied as a single article without variants or accessories.
