A pass-through cabinet organises ingredients and finished dishes between kitchen stations without interrupting the workflow. Two sets of wing doors open on opposite sides, allowing staff to load from one station and unload from another. This continuous flow keeps traffic moving and reduces cross-contamination between prep and service areas. The cabinet relies on static shelving to hold trays, containers or plated dishes at a comfortable working height. Shelves are fixed in position, so the operator places items directly onto the shelf without adjusting height or angle. The design eliminates moving parts, making it simple to load, access and clean. To use the cabinet, staff open the wing doors on the required side, place items on the shelves, then close the doors. The same sequence is repeated when retrieving items from the opposite side. The doors swing fully clear of the opening, so large trays or tall containers can be loaded without tilting. The seamless stainless-steel body and door frames shrug off splashes, steam, and cleaning chemicals so the cabinet stays smooth and sanitary between shifts. The cabinet stands 2000 mm high, which fits under standard worktop heights and allows stacking of multiple units if needed. Four shelves provide storage tiers, each capable of holding standard gastronorm trays or similar containers. The height of 2000 mm means the cabinet reaches from floor to just below eye level for most users, so items on the top shelf remain visible and accessible without a step. The footprint is compact, allowing placement against a wall or between workstations without obstructing movement. After service, the brushed stainless shelves and door interiors lift off without tools so every surface can be rinsed under a tap and air-dried overnight. Shelves can be removed for thorough cleaning if required. The absence of motors, fans or electrical components simplifies maintenance and reduces the risk of breakdown. The cabinet is a single model without variants. It is designed for general storage and does not include refrigeration, heating or humidity control.
