Premium stainless steel bucket with a 15 L capacity and an internal volume scale. A durable and hygienic solution for professional use in food production, catering, and commercial kitchens.
A stainless-steel bucket holds liquids, semi-solids or dry ingredients without reacting, staining or absorbing odours. The smooth, non-porous surface of the metal allows thorough cleaning and sanitising, which is essential in professional kitchens where cross-contamination must be prevented. Because the bucket is rigid, it does not flex or deform under the weight of its contents, so it can be stacked, carried or tipped without spilling.
The operator fills the bucket to the required level, using the internal volume scale to measure accurately. When the task is complete, the contents are poured or ladled out; the wide mouth and tapered sides make emptying quick and controlled. The flat base keeps the bucket stable on worktops or trolleys, while the generous diameter allows it to hold large utensils or ingredients that would not fit in a narrower container.
Construction is a single sheet of stainless steel, formed into a cylinder with a flat bottom and rolled rim. The rim adds strength and protects the edge from dents, while the absence of a reinforcing ring keeps the profile clean and easy to clean. The base diameter of 200 mm gives a stable footprint, and the overall height of 310 mm allows comfortable carrying without the bucket dragging on the floor.
An optional lid (article 093151) is available to cover the contents during storage or transport.
The 15-litre capacity suits tasks that require moderate volumes without becoming too heavy to move: portioning sauces, holding prepped vegetables, or collecting waste for compost. The internal scale eliminates the need for separate measuring jugs, saving time and reducing the number of utensils in use. The corrosion-resistant material withstands frequent washing and exposure to acidic or alkaline ingredients, extending the bucket's service life in busy kitchens.
Cleaning involves washing the bucket with hot water and detergent, using a non-abrasive cloth or brush to reach the interior. The rolled rim and smooth welds prevent dirt from accumulating in crevices, making sanitising straightforward. After washing, the bucket can be left to air-dry or stacked with others of the same size for compact storage.
