A refrigerator built to keep milk at serving temperature for automatic coffee makers. Instead of relying on a standard fridge cycle, it uses a small compressor and a fan to push chilled air evenly around the interior. The forced circulation prevents warm spots and keeps the milk ready for the next espresso without altering its texture or flavour.
The operator loads the milk container through the double-glazed door, which reduces condensation and lets staff check levels without opening. Two hose ports, one on each side, allow the coffee machine to draw milk directly from the fridge while it stays sealed and chilled. An internal light switches on when the door opens, making it easy to read labels or measure remaining volume.
The cabinet is sized to fit beneath most coffee machines or on a narrow counter. The 7 litre volume holds enough milk for a busy service without taking up unnecessary space. The 230 V power requirement matches a standard UK kitchen socket, so no special wiring is needed. The 21 kg weight allows two people to move it safely when the counter needs clearing or the fridge needs cleaning.
The double-glazed door is sealed with a gasket that wipes clean with a damp cloth. The interior liner and shelves are stainless steel, which can be sanitised with standard kitchen spray. The fan and compressor are mounted behind a removable grille, giving access for occasional dusting without tools.
