A 20 cm kitchen knife designed for controlled, precise cuts in professional food preparation. The blade runs the full length of the handle, allowing the cook to use the entire edge and to rock the knife smoothly on the worktop for fine chopping and slicing.

The blade is forged from a single piece of high-carbon steel, heat-treated to a hardness that holds a sharp edge through repeated use while remaining tough enough to resist chipping. This balance of hardness and resilience is essential in a busy kitchen where the knife is called on to portion proteins, dice vegetables and trim garnishes without frequent honing.

The handle combines two densities of plastic: a firmer core for strength and a softer outer layer for grip. The shape is symmetrical and contoured so that the knife sits securely in either hand, reducing fatigue during long service periods.
