Stalgast Shower Mixer with Single Outlet for Catering Sinks

A standing shower mixer delivers hot and cold water through a single spout, blending the two supplies at the tap rather than at a remote valve. The operator adjusts temperature and flow with the mixer's lever, allowing instant changes without leaving the sink. This arrangement keeps the worktop clear and places the controls within easy reach, reducing spills and speeding up rinsing or washing of large pots, trays and utensils.

The mixer is fixed to the sink table through a single 33–35 mm hole, using a base plate that spreads the load and seals the opening. A wall bracket secures the vertical riser, preventing sway and ensuring the spout remains steady during use. The operator pulls the lever to start the flow, rotates it to set the desired temperature, and pushes it back to stop. The spray washer at the outlet breaks the stream into a wide, even pattern, covering more surface area and cutting the time needed to rinse or clean.

Construction is a standing riser with a single spout and a mixer lever. The base plate and wall bracket are included, requiring only the sink hole and wall fixing points to be prepared. No additional valves or pipework are needed beyond the standard hot and cold supplies.

Cleaning is limited to the exposed surfaces: the spout, lever and riser can be wiped down with a damp cloth after each shift. The spray washer should be checked weekly and cleared of any debris to maintain an even flow pattern.
