A spice dispenser delivers measured amounts of ground cinnamon without clumping or waste. The unit holds the spice in a small hopper; gravity and a manual release mechanism let the operator tap out the quantity needed directly onto food or into a mixing bowl. This method keeps the spice fresh, prevents spills and speeds up plating in busy service periods.

To use the dispenser, fill the hopper with ground cinnamon, then position it over the target. A light tap on the release lever drops a consistent portion. The operator repeats the tap until the required amount is dispensed, then moves the dispenser away and closes the hopper to keep the spice dry.

The dispenser is built as a single piece in food-safe plastic. The transparent hopper lets the operator see the spice level at a glance. A threaded cap seals the top when the unit is not in use.

With a size of 70 mm diameter and 130 mm height, it fits on a standard worktop or shelf without crowding other utensils. The 0.4 litre volume holds enough cinnamon for several service periods without refilling, yet remains light enough to move easily between stations.
