A stainless-steel worktop table with an integrated sink and two full-height wing doors provides a compact workstation for food preparation, washing and storage in a professional kitchen. The sink basin is inset into the work surface, allowing water to be drawn and drained directly at the point of use without carrying containers across the kitchen. Wing doors open wide to reveal the full interior, making it easy to load, organise and retrieve ingredients, utensils or small equipment without bending or reaching into deep corners. The table stands on adjustable feet that level the unit on uneven floors, preventing wobble and ensuring the sink drains completely. A backsplash at the rear of the worktop stops water from splashing onto walls or neighbouring equipment, while the flat surface itself is large enough to hold chopping boards, bowls and small appliances without crowding. To use the table, the operator loads the cupboard through the wing doors, organises items on the shelves, and closes the doors to keep the interior clean and dry. The sink tap is turned on, and water is drawn directly into the basin for washing vegetables, rinsing utensils or filling pots. After use, the tap is turned off and the basin is wiped down. The worktop is cleaned with standard kitchen sanitiser, and the doors are wiped inside and out to remove any spills or condensation. The unit is constructed from stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to corrosion, heat and repeated cleaning with commercial detergents. The worktop, sink, doors and interior are all made from the same material, ensuring a consistent appearance and durability across the entire surface. The doors are hinged to open fully, and the handles are positioned for easy grip even when hands are wet or gloved. The table measures 1000 mm in length, 600 mm in width and 900 mm in height, giving it a footprint that fits against a wall or between other kitchen units. The depth of 700 mm provides enough space for the sink basin and worktop without encroaching too far into the kitchen aisle. The overall size allows the table to serve as a standalone prep station or as part of a larger run of similar units. Cleaning involves wiping down the worktop, sink and doors with a damp cloth and kitchen sanitiser. The interior shelves are removed if present, washed separately and dried before being replaced. The adjustable feet let the stainless-steel top sit flush against uneven tiled floors so water from the integrated sink drains without pooling along the edges. This model is part of Stalgast's range of modular kitchen tables, designed to integrate with other units in the same series for a standardised kitchen layout.
