Universal dishwasher with rinse-aid dispenser
A professional dishwasher built to sanitise GN 1/1 trays and standard tableware in rapid cycles. Hot water is forced through rotating arms above and below the rack, lifting food debris and killing bacteria in seconds. The chamber reaches temperatures that meet hygiene standards without chemical additives, while the rinse-aid dispenser leaves surfaces streak-free and ready for immediate reuse.
The operator loads a 500 x 500 mm basket with plates, glasses or cutlery, slides it into the chamber, and selects either a 120-second or 180-second programme. Two pairs of spray arms—top and bottom—ensure full coverage, and a sound signal confirms the end of the cycle. Boiler and chamber temperatures are displayed throughout, allowing staff to monitor performance without opening the door.
The cabinet is sized to fit beneath a standard worktop, measuring 565 mm wide, 685 mm deep and 835 mm high. A surface filter catches larger particles, while an external water purifier (not supplied) protects the heating elements from limescale. Three included racks—plate, universal and glassware/cutlery—organise different loads without mixing items.
Electromechanical controls set the cycle duration and activate the machine. The 400 V three-phase connection draws 4.9 kW during the wash phase and 3.4 kW during rinse, suitable for a dedicated circuit in a commercial kitchen. A 230 V single-phase option is also available for sites with lighter electrical infrastructure.
Water consumption is fixed at 2.5 litres per cycle, reducing waste while maintaining pressure through the spray arms. The maximum dish height of 320 mm accommodates most gastronorm trays and stacked plates, but taller items must be washed separately.
Cleaning involves daily removal of the surface filter, rinsing of the spray arms, and periodic descaling of the boiler. The rinse-aid reservoir is refilled as needed, and the chamber door is left ajar after service to prevent condensation build-up.
The dishwasher is listed in the Stalgast professional warewashing section, under universal models compatible with GN 1/1 trays.
