Universal dishwasher with rinse-aid and detergent dispenser
A commercial dishwasher that sanitises while it cleans, designed to handle the volume and variety of a professional kitchen. The unit uses heated water sprayed from top and bottom arms to remove food residue and bacteria, then rinses with fresh water to leave dishes hygienically clean and ready for immediate reuse. The sanitisation function relies on sustained high temperature, eliminating the need for separate chemical treatments while meeting food-safety standards.
The operator loads a 500 × 500 mm basket with plates, glassware or GN 1/1 trays up to 320 mm high, slides it into the chamber, and selects a 120 or 180 second cycle. A sound signal marks the end, and the basket can be unloaded while the next one is prepared. Electromechanical controls set the cycle time and monitor boiler and chamber temperatures on separate displays, giving the operator direct oversight of the sanitisation process.
The stainless-steel chamber contains two pairs of rotating arms that spray water from above and below, ensuring full coverage of every item. A rinse-aid dispenser prevents water spots, and a detergent dispenser releases the correct dose at the start of each cycle. A surface filter catches debris, and an optional water purifier can be fitted to reduce limescale build-up in hard-water areas.
The footprint of 565 × 650 mm fits beneath most worktops, while the 835 mm height allows tall items to be loaded without tilting. A power rating of 4.9 kW on 400 V or 3.4 kW on 230 V determines the electrical circuit required: a three-phase supply for the higher setting, or a single-phase circuit for the lower. Water consumption of 2.5 litres per cycle keeps running costs low without compromising hygiene.
Three included racks organise plates, glassware and cutlery, while the universal rack accommodates GN 1/1 trays. Daily cleaning involves rinsing the surface filter, wiping the chamber and checking the rinse-aid and detergent levels. The appliance is classified as a universal dishwasher, suitable for restaurants, hotels, care homes and other high-turnover catering environments.
