Tefcold 200 mm Fan Blade for CA03 Chiller Units

A fan blade moves air by converting rotational motion into a steady flow. In refrigeration units like the CA03, the blade sits on the motor shaft and spins at speed, drawing air across the condenser coils. This airflow removes heat from the refrigerant, allowing the system to maintain low temperatures inside the cabinet. Without a properly balanced blade, the motor strains, airflow drops and cooling efficiency falls.

To replace the blade, the operator first isolates the unit from the power supply. The front panel or grille is removed to expose the motor assembly. The old blade is unclipped or unscrewed from the shaft, and the new 200 mm blade is fitted in its place, ensuring the hub is secure and the blade is aligned. The grille is refitted, power restored and the unit restarted. The motor should run smoothly, with no vibration or unusual noise.

This fan blade is manufactured as a direct replacement for Tefcold CA03 chiller units. It fits the original motor shaft and restores the airflow pattern the unit was designed for.

Regular inspection of the blade for dust build-up or damage helps maintain consistent cooling performance. If the blade becomes clogged, airflow is reduced and the compressor has to work harder, increasing energy use and risking overheating.
