A ches cooler preserves perishable items by keeping them chilled without freezing. The system circulates cool air inside an insulated cabinet, removing heat to create a stable environment that slows spoilage and maintains quality. This makes it suitable for goods that frost would harm, including bottled drinks, fresh salads, dairy, and prepared meals.

The cabinet is accessed through a hinged lid that opens fully. After loading, the lid seals the interior. The unit operates automatically, holding the chosen temperature without adjustment. Wheels on the base allow easy movement for cleaning or repositioning.

The EBC53 features a single insulated cabinet with a sturdy hinged lid. The inside is lined with food-safe materials, while the exterior is protected against impacts and spills. The cooling system uses R600a refrigerant, avoiding ozone-depleting chemicals.

A thermostat controls the temperature, adjustable between +2 and +10 °C. The cooler runs on a 220-240 V, 50 Hz supply and consumes 0.320 kW when the compressor is active.

With a 411-litre capacity, the unit stores drinks and ingredients in a compact space measuring 1516 mm long, 696 mm wide, and 857 mm high. Its 53 kg weight ensures stability on wheels while remaining light enough for one person to move.

Cleaning involves wiping the interior with a mild detergent to remove spills and bacteria. The exterior should be dusted regularly, particularly around the condenser coils. Wheels require occasional checks to ensure they remain unobstructed and rotate freely.
