Temperature mode +2/ +10 °C
A bottle cooler keeps drinks at serving temperature by circulating chilled air behind a sealed glass door. A compressor draws heat from the interior and expels it at the rear, while a fan spreads the cold evenly across every shelf. This method prevents hot spots and keeps bottles and cans ready to pour without condensation or ice build-up.
The operator loads the shelves through the hinged glass door, sets the desired temperature between +2 and +10 °C, and closes the door. The LED interior light switches on automatically, showing the stock without opening the door. The reversible door can be hinged on either side to fit the bar layout, and adjustable feet level the unit on uneven floors.
The cabinet is constructed from coated steel with a white interior. Five wire shelves, each 490 mm wide and 360 mm deep, slide on adjustable runners. The refrigerant is R600a, charged at 80 g, and the unit draws 0.295 kW from a 220-240 V, 50 Hz supply.
A 347-litre volume allows storage of up to 455 x 330 ml cans or 217 x 500 ml PET bottles. The footprint of 595 mm width, 640 mm depth and 1840 mm height fits under most bar worktops, while a net weight of 74 kg permits two-person handling without a trolley.
Cleaning involves wiping the glass door with a damp cloth, removing the wire shelves to wash in warm soapy water, and vacuuming the condenser coil at the rear every three months to maintain airflow. The LED light requires no replacement bulbs.
The GBC375 is a single-compartment, single-door bottle cooler with no additional variants.
