TEFCOLD IDA200-W1 Ice Cream Freezer 163 Litre

This ice cream freezer maintains temperatures low enough to keep products firm and scoopable. Static cooling circulates cold air naturally, avoiding internal fans that could dry surfaces. The refrigerant absorbs heat from the cabinet and releases it externally, preserving texture and preventing freezer burn over time.

Tubs or trays slide onto static shelves for storage. When the door closes, the compressor cycles to hold temperatures between -23 °C and -16 °C. LED lighting activates when the door opens, illuminating contents without adding heat. The white interior enhances visibility, making products easy to identify. Optional baskets, available separately, fit beneath shelves for organising smaller items.

The 163 litre net volume provides ample storage space. External dimensions of 764 mm wide, 694 mm deep, and 867 mm high determine the required floor space. The 45 kg weight allows movement by two people or on built-in castors. A 230 V/50 Hz supply connects to a standard single-phase circuit, with a 0.087 kW power rating indicating modest energy use.

The cabinet features a white finish inside and out for easy cleaning and a neutral look. The refrigerant R290 is used in a 66 g charge, selected for its low environmental impact. Shelves are wire or coated metal, allowing air to circulate freely around products. The door seal should be wiped weekly to remove ice, while the interior and shelves are cleaned with mild detergent and warm water, avoiding abrasives.
