TEFCOLD IDC152-W1 Ice-Cream Showcase 110 Litre

An ice-cream showcase keeps frozen product at serving temperature while displaying it through clear glass. Static cooling circulates cold air inside the cabinet without forced fans, so the ice-cream surface stays smooth and undisturbed. The low temperature range locks in texture and prevents melting, while the glass lids allow customers to see the product without opening the cabinet and letting warm air enter.

The operator loads the ice-cream into the stainless-steel trays supplied with the unit. Curved glass lids slide open on tracks, giving full access to the trays. Once the product is in place, the lids are closed and locked to secure the cabinet overnight. LED lighting inside the cabinet switches on to highlight the product, and the static cooling system maintains the set temperature between -30 and -10 °C. Two lockable castors at the front allow the unit to be moved for cleaning or repositioning, while the braked castors at the rear keep it stable during service.

The cabinet is finished in white and constructed from insulated panels with a stainless-steel interior. The refrigerant is R600a, charged at 70 g. The unit runs on a 220-240 V, 50 Hz supply, drawing 0.19 kW. Its footprint measures 584 mm wide, 694 mm deep and 914 mm high, with a gross volume of 152 litres and a net usable volume of 110 litres. The total weight is 46 kg, which determines how the unit is moved and where it can be placed on a worktop or floor.

Cleaning involves wiping the interior trays and surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then drying them to prevent ice build-up. The glass lids are cleaned with glass cleaner to maintain visibility. The castors and brakes are checked periodically to ensure the unit remains stable and mobile when needed.
